Bosse Nikolausson – Project Manager

Bosse has been a musician for many years and has played in bands since he was  kid, touring all over the world. Bosse has also worked as band coach for more than two decades and is now devoting his life to inspire younger musicians to reach their goals.




Sara Westerberg – PR & Communication

After three years at the Music & Event Management program Sara decided to step in to the music industry for real. During the years in school Sara worked at many different festivals, spent one semester at a college in the USA and completed her studies through an internship at a record company. She also just started her own business and hope to be a part of the movement in order to change the current male-dominated music industry.

Maxe Axelsson – Senior Advisor

Maxe founded Pama Records in 1988 and today operates Pama Music Group, also including the publishing company Max Music Scandinavia. Maxe also runs artist- and producer education Stage4You and the film- and media education Vision4You. After 20 years in the music business as a producer, manager and label manager, Maxe has built up a solid network within and outside of Sweden, and Pama currently collaborate with global companies such as Universal, Warner Music, and Curb Records.

Kay Wiestål – Senior Advisor

With a background as a professional football player, Kay manage and protect brands in sports and artistic world, with famous names as Björn Borg, Ingemar Stenmark, Peter Forsberg and Robert Wells. 1979 Kay took the initiative to “Victoria Day” – the celebration of Crown Princess Victoria’s birthday the 14th of July. Victoria Day is a popular celebration in the presence of the Royal family, held every year at the Royal Palace Solliden on Öland. Kay is also National President for the World Championship of Performing Arts, held in Los Angeles, putting together the Swedish troupe of performing artists.
